We operate from London, New York, and Singapore — covering every major enterprise IT market where our vendor practice groups have active engagements.
Our London office is the firm's founding location and global headquarters. It houses our largest practice group, with senior consultants covering Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and the major cloud platforms across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The London team leads the majority of our European engagement work, including complex multi-jurisdictional negotiations, UK and EU regulatory compliance reviews embedded in vendor contracts, and our EMEA audit defence practice. Given the concentration of European headquarters for major technology buyers in London and the Netherlands, this office handles a disproportionate share of global enterprise engagements.
Our UK-based consultants include former Oracle EMEA commercial directors, Microsoft UK enterprise account leaders, and SAP EMEA compliance executives — bringing direct experience of how these vendors structure deals for European buyers specifically, which frequently differs from their US playbooks.
Our New York office opened in 2018 to serve the concentration of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 buyers headquartered in the northeastern United States. The Americas practice group handles engagements across the full United States, Canada, and Latin America.
The US market presents particular negotiation dynamics — Oracle's North America sales organisation operates with different approval hierarchies and discount structures than EMEA; Microsoft's US enterprise team has distinct deal structures tied to fiscal quarter patterns that differ from European norms; AWS regional commitment pricing reflects US-market competitive dynamics. Our Americas team was built specifically around these nuances.
New York also houses our primary AI procurement advisory practice, reflecting the concentration of financial services, media, and technology buyers in that market who are currently executing their first major AI platform contracts and navigating unfamiliar commercial terms.
Our Singapore office is the firm's newest, established in 2021 to serve the growing demand for specialist IT contract negotiation advisory across the Asia-Pacific region. Singapore's position as the regional headquarters for most major technology vendors — and many of their largest enterprise customers — made it the natural choice for our APAC base.
APAC enterprise buyers face unique challenges that our regional practice was specifically designed to address: vendor pricing for the Asia-Pacific region is often set with less local transparency than US or European markets; audit activity has increased significantly as vendors seek revenue growth in high-growth markets; and the regulatory complexity of negotiating contracts that must operate across multiple APAC jurisdictions requires specialist structuring.
Our Singapore team includes former Oracle APAC commercial directors, SAP Southeast Asia compliance managers, and cloud platform account executives with direct experience of deal structures across the region's diverse markets.
Our three offices provide full coverage across the time zones and commercial environments where our clients operate. Engagements frequently involve cross-office collaboration — where a US-headquartered buyer is negotiating an EMEA-wide Oracle agreement, or where a London-based bank is renegotiating its AWS EDP with North American approval chains. We coordinate across offices as a single integrated team, not as separate regional affiliates.
